Our process begins with a free consultation. Here we'll join you in your home to review our services and evaluate what you want to sell. We will work together to establish a date for your sale and take hundreds of professional photos to begin our online advertising campaigns. Extensive research of your more unique and valuable pieces will help us get your items sold and at the best possible prices. Our years of experience allow us to achieve fair market value for our clients. We wish to obtain a successful sale by marketing to a broad base of customers and clients. With that said, we use the several different resources accompanied by a large customer following and social media outlets to achieve this. We use multiple routes of advertisement and saturation for those who seek antiques, collectables, and other household items. Our clientele consists of buyers from every walk of life from retirees, collectors, and new home owners to small business retailers.
Professional Staging
In order to get you the most for your items, prior to the sale, we transform your home into an elevated retail experience. While we have many great services, we are especially proud of our staging and pricing skills. Our teams understand the nuances of staging and know how to create a sale-friendly environment, regardless of whether a home is big or small, old or new, metropolitan or rural. We then price every item in the sale at fair market value. This value is determined from past sales, market trends and, of course, the condition, age, and history. We provide tables and display racks, prepare staging areas, promote items of interest, advertise your sale to a large customer base, run your sale and clean up after. Our sales are typically conducted on site over three days unless more time is needed. Clients can expect payment 5-7 business days after the close of the sale.Online Estate Option/Contactless
Shopping
In addition to the on-site sale, we offer an additional service of a fully online sale or a hybrid of online and onsite sale. This service is not new to us we have been hosting online sales for people living in gated communities for several years now and are experienced on how they operate. Online sales give our customers more options for purchasing your items and result in a more profitable sale for our clients.
